Space Laboratory Open For Business

Hello. This is my fifth post or finally the last for my ICT's task Now, i want to tell you about Space laboratory.

After nearly 12 years of development at a price of $100 billion, the International Space Station (ISS) is fully assembled, and the White House has agreed to keep the station operating until 2020 instead of 2016, as originally planned.

The space station has two main functions: it serves as a national laboratory for scientific research and a test bed for new technologies.

It is funded by the United States, Russia, the European Space Agency, Canada, and Japan, but a total of 59 nations have participated in or utilized research on the station.

The entire space station itself serves as a test bed for life-support systems like power generation and recycling oxygen and water.

Such technologies must be perfected if the Obama administration's space goals are to be fulfilled: sending humans to an asteroid by 2025 and to Mars by the mid-2030s.

NASA is authorized to spend $58.4 billion over the next three years to execute the administration's plan, although the release of the money is dependent on a yet-to-be-passed appropriations bill.

Ok. this is absolutely cool. and thanks you for all of your attention :D :D

You Can Have This Coolest Watch !!!!

Hello again :D For now, i want to share the information about WATCH ! This invention is
soooo cool !!! This watch was designed for a busy people like us. Since the iPod Nano was announced, the idea of using it as a watch was so popular. I do want to wear the coolest multi-touch watch on my wrist. TikTok and LunaTik can make my dream come true. They are especially designed wrist strap as complement to this particular Apple’s product.

TikTok is a simple snap-in design. It allows the user to easily and securely snap the Nano into the wrist dock. It cleanly and simply integrates the Nano and transforms it into a modern multifunction timepiece.

LunaTik is designed and intended to be a premium conversion kit for someone that wants to dedicate their Nano to being a watch and the newest conversation piece with their friends. It is forged from Aerospace Grade Aluminum and then machined via CNC into its final form.

That's absolutely cool! This invention is the newest from apple. Ok. That's all for now. bye... :)

Is Robotic Useful ?

Holla Holla !! This is my third post :) Actually, there's so much i want to tell you about this future technology. But, for this post, i want to share the information about ROBOT . Robot or robotic, is the invention that can be useful for us. They can help us.!!

For the example : Robotic engineers . robotic engineers are designing the next generation of robots to look, feel and act more human, to make it  easier for us to warm up to a cold machine.

Realistic looking hair and skin with embedded sensors will allow robots to react naturally in their environment. For example, a robot that senses your touch.

Subtle actions by robots that typically go unnoticed between people, help bring them to life and can also relay  non verbal communication.

Artificial eyes that move and blink. Slight chest movements that simulate breathing. Man made muscles to change facial expressions. These are all must have attributes for the socially acceptable robots of the future.

The brain behind the beauty will be the key to turning a realistic looking machine into a life like robot. AI plays a pivotal role in successful human/robot interaction. Thanks for your attention : D

Brain Machine Interfaces

Hello everyone ! This is my second post for my ICT's task -..- Now i want to tell all of you about this technology that i've never imagine. This invention is Brain Machine Interfaces (BMI). This device is used to allow the activity in the brain to be sent to, or received from, a computer.

BMI use sensors mounted in a removable cap or MRI technology to read signals from the brain. Others connect directly to the surface of the brain, through tiny wires and an array of nano-electrodes. BMI can also be entirely implanted in the brain.

Brain machine interfaces are currently assisting paralyzed patients communicate, control robotic arms, computers and other devices. In the future, BMIs could provide a path to brain enhancement and memory upload/download.

That's it for now.I hope this information, can be useful for all of you. Kiss and Hug :*

New Hologram Technology Brings 3-D To Life

Good Morning. Good Afternoon. Good Evening. Holla !!! Hi everybody! This is my first post. Before i start, let me introducemy self. I'm Savitri. I'm 16 and I'm a student. If you want to know about me, you can se in my profile. OK ! let me begin,  I want to tell you about hologram technology. The newest technology in this century is hologram. I know this from Chicago (ANTARA News)

Known as three-dimensional telepresence, the technology addresses shortcomings of current holograms, which give the illusion of 3-D but leave out the rear view, said Peyghambarian, whose study appears in the journal Nature.

To create the hologram, cameras take color images at multiple angles and send them over an Ethernet line. In the lab model, images are projected onto a transparent plastic panel and refreshed every few seconds. Future displays will lie flat on a table and the system will create an optical illusion that the image is floating above the screen.

The three-dimensional telepresence technology differs from 3-D technology in several ways. With 3-D, one perspective is projected to one eye and another perspective is projected to the other, which is why people wear special glasses. With the hologram, no special glasses are needed and the number of perspectives is only limited by the number of cameras used.

In a videoconference, this means people sitting on one side of a table see the front of a person, people on the side would get a side view and people in the back would see their back. The new system is more than 100 times faster.
That's it for now. Thanks for your attention :*
